I've Never Believed Real Estate Is Just About Houses.

To me, real estate has always been about people.

It's about the excitement of buying a first home, the pride of building something from the ground up, the memories made around a kitchen table, the courage it takes to start over, and the confidence that comes from making one of life's biggest financial decisions with someone you trust.

That belief has shaped every chapter of my career.

Long before I became a Realtor, I was fascinated by how homes were designed, built, improved, and cared for. Growing up in a family of engineers and entrepreneurs, I learned to appreciate the planning, craftsmanship, and problem-solving that go into creating something built to last. That curiosity eventually led me into custom home construction, real estate investing, renovations, and helping families navigate the buying and selling process.

Over the years, I've worn many hats.

I've worked with nationally recognized luxury homebuilders, built custom homes, renovated properties, purchased investment real estate with my own money, personally managed rental properties, and helped clients buy and sell homes across Central Texas. Each experience has taught me something different, and together they give me a broader perspective than simply seeing a home as another listing.

When I walk through a property, I don't just notice the countertops or paint colors. I look at how it was built, how it functions, the quality of the workmanship, the opportunities it offers, the challenges it may present, and whether it truly supports the goals of the people who are considering making it their home.

That's the difference I hope every client experiences.

I don't believe my job is to sell you a house.

I believe my job is to help you make a decision you'll still feel confident about years from now.

Whether you're buying your first home, building a custom home, selling a property you've loved for decades, searching for an investment opportunity, or relocating to the Texas Hill Country, my role is the same, to listen carefully, provide honest guidance, and help you move forward with confidence.

Building More Than Real Estate

Throughout my life, I've been drawn to opportunities where I could make a difference.

That desire to serve extends beyond my business. As Vice President and a volunteer firefighter with the Sandy Harbor Volunteer Fire Department, and the Hill Country 100 Club, I've seen firsthand how strong communities are built through service, trust, and people willing to help when it matters most.

Those experiences have reinforced something I believe deeply:

Success isn't measured only by what we build.

It's measured by the lives we impact along the way.

That's the same philosophy I bring to every client relationship.

What You Can Expect From Me

You won't find pressure.

You won't find sales gimmicks.

You won't find someone trying to convince you that every property is "perfect."

What you will find is someone who asks thoughtful questions, researches thoroughly, communicates honestly, and genuinely cares about helping you make one of the best decisions for your future.

Because real estate isn't simply where I work.

It's what I've spent my life learning.

And it's a privilege to help others navigate it with confidence.

Finding the right home is one of the biggest decisions you will ever make, and having the right agent by your side makes all the difference. Theadore Dicus was exactly that for my wife and me.
